With over 30 years of extensive industry experience, owner Jeff Viehmann, has first-hand knowledge of the challenges that face companies regulated by MSHA & OSHA standards. As the former owner of St. Charles Sand Company, Jeff’s responsibilities included the management of their safety training program. Proudly during his tenure the company recorded no lost time accidents. Jeff believes that safety should be the cornerstone of your business and makes it his top priority to help you achieve it.

Jeff is a Certified Safety Administrator and a member of several recognized industry associations. He is an authorized OSHA Trainer and a MSHA Part 46 Certified Trainer and Safety Auditor. Safety Training Classes

Safety Training Resources conducts on-site training programs. Training can take place at a location specified by you. Based on the program developed, STR will conduct classes in an informative and engaging way using the latest education tools including audiovisuals, handouts, manuals, hands on demonstrations and quizzes. Training options include: weekly topics for ToolBox Talks, monthly topics, annual refresher training and new employee training. All classes are presented to highlight the latest in MSHA/OSHA standards and best practices.

In addition to classes, we offer on-site assessment services to help identify problems and offer solutions, perform site safety audits, review your current safety program or discuss development of a new written safety program.
